One consent screen and you're in. Here's what it will say.
“View your YouTube account”
With this permission the service learns your channel and the list of your videos — so there's something to pick articles from. It doesn't allow changing or deleting anything.
If you have ever allowed Storiteca to take captions, Google will mention that permission on the same screen too — as a line about editing and deleting videos. That's its wording for one indivisible permission, of which the service needs a single thing: the caption track of your video. Storiteca has no calls that change anything on YouTube at all — reading only.
You can revoke access at any time on the Third-party apps & services page of your Google account. The service will survive it: yt-dlp will go back to taking the captions.
